  1. Seller and scope

These terms govern the sale of products and services made through the MTMarketShop store.

  1. Products and services

The essential characteristics, compatibility, content and price are indicated on each product page. The customer must read this information before ordering and check that the product or service matches their needs.

For automotive services, ECU files or personalised services, the customer must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, control unit, software and request. An error in the information provided may render the service impossible to carry out or incompatible.

  1. Prices

The prices applied are those displayed at the time of ordering, in the currency shown on the store. Delivery costs, taxes or any additional fees, where applicable, are shown before payment is confirmed.

  1. Order and payment

The customer checks the contents of their basket, their contact details and address before paying. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed and MTMarketShop has confirmed it. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout.

MTMarketShop may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error, a risk of fraud, technical incompatibility, or the inability to carry out the service. Any amount collected for the cancelled part is refunded.

  1. Personalised services and digital content

Performance of a personalised service begins once the necessary information has been received and validated. Where the customer expressly requests that the performance of a service or the supply of digital content begin before the withdrawal period has expired, the consequences for their right of withdrawal apply only under the conditions provided for by law.

The customer must provide a correct address and report any anomaly without delay.

  1. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

These rules do not reduce the consumer's legal rights.

  1. Legal guarantees

Consumers benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects where their conditions are met. Any commercial guarantee is in addition to these rights and does not replace them.

  1. Liability

The customer must follow the instructions, check compatibility, and not use a product or file in a way that is unlawful, dangerous, or contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations. MTMarketShop does not limit any liability or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Complaints and governing law

Any complaint must first be sent to mtmarketshop@gmail.com with the information needed to identify the order.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the protection of the mandatory provisions applicable in their country of residence.
