Withdrawal period
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, send your request to mtmarketshop@gmail.com, stating your name, your order number and the products concerned.
After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days at the latest.
Conditions for returning physical products
The product must be returned complete, with its accessories, instructions and packaging where these are available.
The customer may only handle the product to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. A reduction in value resulting from excessive handling may be taken into account in the refund.

Return costs
In the event of withdrawal or change of mind, direct return costs are the customer's responsibility.
If the product received is defective, damaged, incomplete or different from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if necessary, photographs. Once the defect or error is confirmed, MTMarketShop covers the return costs or offers a suitable solution.
Software and digital content
Software, licences, access codes, download links and other digital content are non-refundable once their supply or access has begun, where the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of their right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
This rule does not deprive the customer of their legal rights in the event of non-compliant content, an invalid licence, a non-functioning link, an unreadable QR code, or a defective product.
Where digital content is supplied on or with a physical medium, the rules applicable to the physical medium may also apply depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances.

Refund
In the event of valid withdrawal, we refund the amounts due, including the initial standard delivery costs where these must legally be refunded.
The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal request. For a physical product, we may defer the refund until the product has been recovered or proof of its shipment has been received.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us at mtmarketshop@gmail.com. The possibility of an exchange depends on the availability of the product concerned.
Legal guarantees
This policy does not limit the rights the consumer benefits from under applicable legal guarantees, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
