TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MTMarketShop website. They are separate from the Terms of Sale applicable to orders.
By accessing the site or using its features, you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the site.

Access to the site
Access to the site is normally available to any user with an internet connection.
MTMarketShop may temporarily interrupt all or part of the site for maintenance, security or update reasons, or in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or the accounts of other users;
introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
circumvent security measures;
use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of a third party;
copy, extract or substantially reuse the content of the site without authorisation;
provide false information or impersonate another person.
Customer accounts
Where a customer account is offered, the user must provide accurate information and keep their login details confidential.
The user must inform MTMarketShop promptly if they suspect unauthorised use of their account.
Information presented on the site
MTMarketShop endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Photographs and illustrations are provided for information purposes and may include slight differences that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
The characteristics, compatibility, technical requirements and usage restrictions indicated on each product page must be checked before ordering.
Use of automotive products and software
The interfaces, software, licences, files, access codes and content offered by MTMarketShop must be used only in a lawful, responsible manner and in accordance with the instructions provided.
Depending on the product ordered, access to the software or content may be provided electronically, in particular by email, download link or access code, or by means of a physical item containing, in particular, a QR code, an access code or instructions.
Electronic delivery, in particular by download link, access code or digital instructions, is reserved for orders placed directly on the MTMarketShop store. Orders placed through a marketplace or another sales channel are not eligible for the electronic link.
The user is responsible for checking compatibility with their vehicle, their computer equipment and applicable regulations.
No product or software must be used to bypass a security device, falsify data, gain unauthorised access to a vehicle, or make a modification prohibited by law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, texts, graphic elements, logos, photographs, videos, presentations and content created for MTMarketShop are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Any unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, distribution or use is prohibited.
Trademarks, software, vehicle names and signs belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on the site does not necessarily imply the existence of a partnership or official affiliation.
Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to sites or services operated by third parties. MTMarketShop does not control their content, availability or practices.
The user must check the terms and policies applicable to these services before using them.
Personal data
Personal data collected when using the site is processed in accordance with the MTMarketShop privacy policy and applicable regulations.
Suspension or refusal of access
MTMarketShop may suspend or restrict access to the site in the event of fraudulent, unlawful or abusive use, or use that compromises its security or the rights of a third party.
This measure does not limit the consumer's mandatory rights regarding an order already placed.
Liability
MTMarketShop cannot be held liable for damage resulting from unlawful, incorrect or non-compliant use of the products, software or information on the site.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any legal guarantees, the consumer's mandatory rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
MTMarketShop may amend these Terms of Service to reflect changes to the site, its features or the regulations.
The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of use. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections they benefit from in their country of residence, where applicable.
