How to order

After placing your order, please send us:

• the make, model and year of the vehicle;
• the engine type and power;
• the control unit reference;
• the original file read from the control unit;
• the modification or correction requested.

Processing time

Processing time depends on the file type, the control unit and the complexity of the request. We process each file as quickly as possible and will let you know if additional verification is required.

Before any work

The file you send must be an original file that has been correctly read and is undamaged. A full backup of the original file is essential before any writing to the vehicle.
